Job Description Ares Management is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, supporting Corporate Functions across U.S. Non-Investments.

Responsibilities

include developing strong stakeholder relationships, sourcing and engaging active and passive talent, building diverse talent pipelines, and serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment strategy and market trends.
This individual will also drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, enhance recruitment processes and best practices, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process for entry-mid level roles across Ares' U.S Non Investments
Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & HR Business Partner, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Operations teams to understand talent needs and deliver strategies and solutions for recruiting
Strategically source and develop a candidate pipeline through direct sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS
Manage talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence and mapping, direct outreaches, networking and screening
Manage the communication flow in a timely manner between hiring managers and candidates
Advise hiring managers on considerations such as level, compensation, and responsibilities, to help attract, retain and develop top talent
Understand the financial services industry market and create a strong external brand presence for Ares
This role partners with a broad range of business areas, including Global Client Solutions, Strategic Initiatives, Legal, Compliance, Technology & Engineering, Marketing & Communications, Finance & Accounting, Administration, and Corporate Services, while providing high visibility into organizational strategy and key business initiatives.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below.
Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
$145,000-$185,000
