Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and audit detailed project-level and portfolio-level financial models for renewable energy assets.
- Perform detailed quantitative analysis, including discounted cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis, to assess risk, return, and capital structure optimization.
- Transaction Support & Execution
- Support preparation of marketing materials, CIMs, and lender/investor presentations.
- Support capital markets transactions by managing due diligence processes, financial data requests, and investor/lender communications.
- Help manage transaction timelines, deliverables, and closing checklists.
- Support ongoing facility management, including compliance tracking, draw requests, and reporting.

- We are seeking a Senior Project Finance Analyst to support the structuring, analysis, and execution of financing for the Company's renewable energy assets under development and construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a closely related field with coursework in financial modeling, corporate finance, and quantitative analysis required.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, infrastructure finance, or a related financial field requiring advanced financial analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, including project finance and cash flow analysis.
- Candidates must be based in New York or Denver, or be willing to relocate as required.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of debt structures, tax equity financing, and capital markets transactions.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple active transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
