Responsibilities
- Support process mapping and workflow documentation activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and help document business needs, action items, and proposed solutions.
- Provide first-level support for business applications used across Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial functions.
- Track, document, and assist in resolving application issues, escalating complex problems to IT support teams when needed.
- Support application testing, configuration updates, and documentation of system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Support communication and coordination between business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to support project and operational objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and report operational, supply chain, and system performance data to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
