Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with top creators to ensure strong performance, satisfaction, and retention.
- Own a book of business and drive GMV goals through consistent communication, performance tracking, and growth strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of emerging and high-potential creators to join the retainer creator program.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, campaign strategists, and analytics teams to improve creator impact and output.
- Drive creator engagement through events, community initiatives, and performance challenges.
- Great relationship management skills to drive creator retention
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions.
Requirements

Compensation
- Pattern matches 100% of the first 3% in eligible compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
