About the role
- We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.
- Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary. - Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings.
- This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in 3PL warehouse management and team management.
- Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
- Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Pay Rate: From $70,000 from year
