Responsibilities
- Perform Material Manager duties.
- Act as lead when turning units.
- Order rented equipment and maintain equipment.
- Maintain and enforce the company's safety policies.
- Help prepare and maintain 2 and 4-week look ahead schedules.

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of construction experience with at least three years of multi-family construction experience required.
- Must be familiar with multifamily construction procedures.
- Must have a good working knowledge of construction scheduling practices
- Must be PC proficient.
- Conduct QC inspections for all required phases of construction.
Nice to have
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A Bachelors degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience preferred.
Compensation
- $95,000 - $130,000
