About the role

Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee information within Gusto.
- Support special projects and continue expanding your HR knowledge as you grow into the role.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR operations role.
- Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals, including FMLA, FLSA, and ADA.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
