About the role

Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to conduct room surveys and develop complete system designs, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), system design drawings, and cable pull lists.
- Ability to administer VTC systems, including meeting setup, secure communications configuration, and end-user support.
- MetroStar is currently looking for a Systems Engineer (AV/VTC) who has experience in programming AV systems, ability to design and install complex AV solutions along with VTC administration.
- This position also will support yearly inventory for compliance to include various regional field offices.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in AV/VTC systems engineering, integration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with VTC programming and device configuration.
- Experience with full AV/VTC system installation (e.g., equipment inventory, component installation, cable runs, wiring, and room preparation).
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

- SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $97,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
