Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent flow and quality of asphalt during paving operations.
- Communicate clearly with the paving crew, foreman, and truck drivers to maintain workflow.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
Compensation
- Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour Summary: The Paving Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment used in asphalt paving projects, including but not limited to asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers etc.
