About the role
- Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, wireless communication and related supplies in the United States.
- Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business in the United States through eight Regions that go to market under various banner and trade names, including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, Talley and Platt Electric Supply.
- Summary: The MMOM (Major Market Operating Model) Zone Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse and logistics operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enforce standardized processes for inbound and outbound logistics across all branches
- Drive consistency in system transactions, work methods, visual controls, and warehouse organization
- Identify process gaps and lead corrective action and continuous improvement efforts
- Partner with vendors, branch teams, and internal stakeholders to improve inbound visibility and readiness
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, safely, and on time to support customer requirements and ISOTIF goals
- Lead zone-wide warehouse safety and compliance programs, adhere to Rexel safety standards, audits/inspections, corrective actions and regulatory adherence to ensure safe operations across multiple sites
- Train and coach warehouse teams on equipment use, material handling, housekeeping and hazard prevention while building a strong safety culture through meetings, incident reviews and accountability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve service, reduce cost, and increase standardization
- Partner with the Commercial Zone Manager on staffing, capital needs, layout improvements, and operational planning

Requirements
- 10+ years experience managing large supply chain networks in a leadership role
- Experience in logistics and supply chain optimization
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

- Ability to coach and influence site leaders
