About the role

  • Zoro is redefining digital merchandising by transforming how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products.
  • You'll translate deep customer and product understanding into intuitive, high-performing experiences that make it easy for customers to find exactly what they need.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end customer experience within assigned product categories, including browse, search results, and product discovery
  • Develop and oversee the execution of category-specific merchandising strategies grounded in customer behavior, product complexity, and business priorities
  • Content enhancements that support confident decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for category-specific optimizations and run tests to validate impact
  • Partner closely with the Global Experience Strategy team to align category needs with sitewide standards and inform improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Information & Enrichment, Digital Product, and Marketing teams to execute initiatives

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, category management, or a related field
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Category Management, or Data teams
  • Familiarity with taxonomy, attributes, and product data structures

Compensation

  • The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation.
  • $95,500 - $159,200 USD
