About the role
- All duties are to be performed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
- WORKING CONDITIONS - Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust, and smoke.
Responsibilities
- Perform all side work at the assigned station, including stocking coffee, glasses, sugar, cream, and the coffee dispenser.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
- Collaborate closely with the Rio Rewards teams to promote new card sign-up programs.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and scheduled shift.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Work requires knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients.
- Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
Nice to have
- Minimum of one-year customer service experience in a previous position, where the primary job duty is direct customer service.
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
