About the role
- The Clinical Supervisor supervises mental health outpatient treatment at their site.
- supervises the Mental Health Therapists in all phases of the therapists' work, provides direct services to
- clients, and conducts groups, intakes, and assessments.

- The position will work with and support Sea Mar employees and patients to help fulfil the organization's mission
Requirements
- This position must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and is required to maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Knowledge and experience working with Latinos, migrant and seasonal farm workers, and
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
- instructions, and procedure manuals.
Nice to have

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before clients or employees of an organization.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Education and Experience, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Medical Screening
- Master's degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
- At least five (5) years' experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
