About the role

  • The Clinical Supervisor supervises mental health outpatient treatment at their site.
  • supervises the Mental Health Therapists in all phases of the therapists' work, provides direct services to
  • clients, and conducts groups, intakes, and assessments.

Requirements

  • This position must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and is required to maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Knowledge and experience working with Latinos, migrant and seasonal farm workers, and
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
  • instructions, and procedure manuals.

Skills

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before clients or employees of an organization.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Education and Experience, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Medical Screening
  • Master's degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
  • At least five (5) years' experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
