Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy and Engineering Execution: Define and implement product roadmaps, guiding engineering teams through structured work streams to meet development goals.
- Drive Product Roadmaps with a Focus on Exceptional User Experience: Leverage your passion for user experience design to shape product roadmaps to create innovative, user-centric solutions, redefining autonomy in the built environment, while balancing design excellence and timely delivery.
- Support Design and Validate Fidelity: We start every engineering effort with design; support UI/UX and engineering teams to deliver clearly documented product designs.
- Validate fidelity to the design in the products the team creates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project, product, or program management.
Skills
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, eager to learn, iterate, and innovate.
- When issues arise, be the empowered force that solves them, rolling-up.
- Strong project management
- Proven expertise in aligning project execution with business goals, ensuring efficient operations and strategic impact.
