About the role
- We're adding our first dedicated contracts and commercial legal resource, reporting into the SVP of Corporate Operations (GC).
- You'll work closely with our Corporate Operations Manager (Sr.
- Corporate Paralegal), collaborating as a tight-knit legal function embedded in the business.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including customer contracts, vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, data use agreements, and partnership/licensing deals
- Maintain and continuously improve our contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows
- Support due diligence and legal review for business development and partnership opportunities

Requirements
- Occasional travel required for team meetings.
- Bar admission in California required
Nice to have
- Minimum seven (7) years out of law school, with meaningful in-house experience required - prior law firm background is a plus but in-house exposure is essential

Compensation
- Base salary range of $185,000 - $195,000, depending on experience, with bonus eligibility and equity.

- $185,000 - $195,000 USD
