About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced, motivated rentals depot manager for our Dallas Texas location to plan and execute on innovative solutions for customers across a large demographic area.

Responsibilities

  • Performs regular depot audits to ensure quality equipment repair and testing. Communicate with
  • Provides technical support to the sales department, both at the depot and job site visits.
  • Reviews all written labor documents regularly.
  • Directs and guides the lead service techs to prioritize labor hours on a daily and weekly basis

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading, developing and coaching a team
  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Rental Equipment industry

Nice to have

  • Experience managing a P&L
  • Chiller or HVAC product experience
  • Customer Mind Set
  • Strong focus on technical, operations and logistics

Compensation

  • The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
  • Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
