Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient prescription processing and operational excellence.
Workforce Planning: Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet facility goals related to production, quality, and safety.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and operational enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal leaders, stakeholders, and teams to support operational initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.

Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a community or retail pharmacy environment.
Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance management in a team environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and implement process improvements in a fast-paced setting.
Experience establishing and analyzing metrics, reports, and dashboards to track performance and drive operational improvements.
