Requirements

  • Experience leading quantitative research projects in either an academic or professional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools, Python scripting and low-code platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and business partnering skills, with the ability to explain complex, technical concepts to non-subject matter experts.

  • This role is ideal for a new grad/emerging talent with a degree in a STEM related field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Data Analytics who loves both the technical side of innovation and the human side of transformation. Additionally, you will need:
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for problem-solving through the use of technology.
  • Experienced using various dashboard technologies, including Power Bi & Tableau, is considered an asset.
  • A continuous learning mindset, ready to experiment, adapt, and evolve with new tools and ideas.

  • The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table. Our expectations are $55,000-$60,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness, skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job related requirements.
