- Evaluates market trends, emerging opportunities, and industry shifts to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Identifies, pursues, and secures new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.

Requirements
- Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required.
- Proven track record of leading large scale growth initiatives and securing high value partnerships.
- Ability to demonstrate strong strategic thinking and translate market insights into enterprise‑level growth strategies
- Ability to evaluate complex opportunities through financial modeling, ROI assessment, and risk analysis.
- Ability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and results within the business development function.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field, from an accredited college or university preferred. Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required.
- Ten plus (10+) years of related experience, to include relationship building in the claims management or risk management area, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proven track record of leading large scale growth initiatives and securing high value partnerships. Executive Senior leadership experience within a complex, high growth, or multi-unit organization.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent understanding of business development, including mergers & acquisitions, competitive positioning, and market expansion.
- Ability to exhibit exceptional executive presence and influence senior leaders, boards, and external partners.
- Ability to drive cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to advance organizational strategy.
- Strong skills in building and managing executive‑level relationships with C‑suite leaders, investors, and strategic partners.
- Strong skills in negotiation with demonstrated success securing high‑value contracts, partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Ability to communicate complex business opportunities and strategic initiatives through compelling executive‑level presentations and messaging.
- Excellent understanding of financial and operational leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, pipeline oversight, and resource allocation.
