About the role

Rapidly design, develop, and test highly reliable electronics for communicating with our Platforms.
Drive electrical architecture, specification, component selection, schematic capture, circuit board layout design, implementation, low-level firmware development, verification, board bring-up, and debugging.
Partner with software, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing teams, and production test teams.
Generate and maintain design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and verification test reports.
Support board bring-up, integration, and qualification testing to ensure flight-ready reliability.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field AND 8 years of relevant experience.
or Master's degree AND 6 years of experience.
or PhD AND 3 years of experience
5+ years of professional experience rapidly designing and delivering highly reliable products.
5+ years of electronic product experience designing hardware from concept through production
5+ years of experience designing and implementing mixed-signal circuit host boards from concept through production using processors, FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs.
Experience implementing Ethernet, multi-GHz SerDes, DRAM interfaces (DDR4), PCIe, I2C, SPI, operational amplifiers, analog to digital and digital to analog converters, and power supply components.
5+ years of professional experience testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.

Hands-on experience designing mixed-signal circuit boards from concept through production
Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer)
Strong skills in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics
Experience working in cross-functional teams across software, mechanical, and manufacturing
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C/C++
Min. 5+ years of professional experience rapidly designing and delivering highly reliable products.
Min. 5+ years of professional experience testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
Strong understanding of computers and programming languages (Python, C/C++).
Self-starter with demonstrated experience on multiple projects, making hardware work within demanding time and resource constraints
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
