About the role
- In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the import and export of SCCL colostrum products, ensuring seamless order fulfillment from receipt through invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with domestic clients, as well as Production Centers, to manage the shipment of SCCL colostrum products through SCCL to international destinations.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining detailed customer service logs to track order status and resolution.
