About the role

  • Join a founding team who've shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple.
  • You'll work closely with builders' teams to understand how data actually moves through their business - from their ERP to the field - and translate that into a working integration inside Higharc.
  • You're the person who can sit with a customer's data, understand their ERP setup, and see the shape of the whole problem before it's even been fully explained.

Responsibilities

  • You'll partner closely with Product on what's possible, document the process clearly enough that it holds up over time, and test the data flow yourself until you're confident it's right.
  • Own the customer relationship through the full integration adoption process, including recurring meetings and updates
  • Document your process clearly enough that it's repeatable and stands on its own
  • You're a natural problem solver who doesn't wait for the full picture to be handed to you: you build it.
  • A multitasker's ability to manage several customer integrations at different stages simultaneously

Requirements

  • Strong data analytics skills - you can look at a dataset and know what's wrong with it
  • Genuine comfort with ambiguity - you can see where a problem is headed before all the pieces are on the table

Skills

  • Translate that understanding into a working integration plan inside the Higharc platform
  • Analyze customer data directly, spotting mismatches, gaps, or structural issues before they become problems
  • Test data flow end-to-end and confirm accuracy before handing off to the customer
  • Work closely with Product to shape what our integration tools can and should do next

Benefits

  • We offer flexible hours so you can do your best work without missing out on life.
  • Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company.
  • Personal healthiness is an important value for us- we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with flexible PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time.
  • You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K.
