About the role
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working across both office and field teams, with a clear path toward Project Manager growth.
- You'll work closely with a Project Manager and field teams to ensure projects are well-coordinated, properly documented, and executed efficiently.
- This is a full-time role based in Bozeman, with travel to project sites across Montana.
Responsibilities
- Support subcontractor buyout, scope development, and bid leveling
- Help develop project budgets, scope checklists, and procurement logs
- Project Management Support
- Manage project documentation in Procore (RFIs, submittals, drawings, ASIs)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files
- Work on high-end, design-forward projects across Montana
Nice to have
- Degree in Construction Management or related field or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Gain exposure to both pre-construction and project execution
- Clear path for career growth into Project Management
- OSHA 10 certification
Skills
- Blueprint reading and construction knowledge
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with project scheduling and cost tracking
- Understanding of construction documentation and processes
