Responsibilities
- ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced and service-driven General Manager to lead operations at a premier condominium community.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a service-focused environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing CapEx projects is required.
- Availability for on-call duty is required 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions.
Nice to have
- What You Need to Succeed CMCA certification preferred At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily.
- bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Compensation
- $85,000 per year.
