Responsibilities

  • Review and comment the different utility design plans.
  • Perform quantity take-offs.
  • Perform cost estimates.
  • Perform cost control.
  • Recommend solutions to design changes throughout construction process.
  • Manage subcontractor scope of work respective to various contracts.
  • Help in the m anage ment of The Utility Design and Coordinator Company scope of work respective to various contracts and various utility conflicts.
  • Ferrovial Construction is internationally recognized for its capacity to design and build civil engineering and construction projects, mainly in large transportation infrastructure.
  • The position of Utility Relocation Manager will provide coordination of utility relocation activities on the project and provide technical and functional support to utility relocation activities.

Requirements

  • B achelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four ( 4 ) years of experience of progressive responsibility with relevant design activities on similar PPP and Design-Build projects.
  • Experience in preparing quantity take-offs.
  • Experience in preparing cost budgets.
