Responsibilities
- ⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
- ⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
- ⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Requirements
- Required Skill and Experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP integration, data migration, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and project governance.

- Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations.
- Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes.

- Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and executive summaries to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for transparent project tracking.
- Drive governance, compliance, and quality standards across the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with customer leadership teams to ensure expectation management and satisfaction.
- Support decision-making processes by providing insights and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers during SAP transformation initiatives.
