Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, including global or regional leadership roles.
- Strategic and analytical, with strong commercial architecture skills and the ability to simplify complexity into clear choices.
- Pragmatic, structured, and outcome-oriented, with the ability to establish new ways of working and translate strategy into execution.
- Experience working in complex matrix organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required
- advanced degree such as MBA, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent preferred.
- Fluent in English
- additional languages a plus.
