Responsibilities
- JOIN US AS WE BUILD THE NEXT CARVANA - POWERED BY DEALERSHIPS ACROSS THE US.
- you'll work directly with our founders, own the operational layer that keeps cross-functional work moving, and take on the projects that would otherwise fall through the cracks.
- Support hiring and team-scaling as we grow.
Requirements
- 4-8 years in management consulting, investment banking, or a demanding operating role at a startup, with a track record of taking on unfamiliar problems and actually seeing them through.
Nice to have
- Time at an early-stage or high-growth startup, or a close-up view of how one runs.
- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment.
- Ambiguity-shaping.
- You turn a fuzzy problem into a first pass, then push it to resolution.
- If you say it, it happens (and it happens fast).
- High bar for excellence: you demand a lot out of yourself and others.
- You're allergic to mediocrity.
- You reach for AI to actually change how work gets done, not just to shave a few minutes off a task.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

- Annual team offsite
