About the role
- The Nurse Manager leads a team of dedicated RN's, LPN's and Medication Aides in a residential substance use disorder treatment setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, provision, and evaluation of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice in the state of Virginia.
- Support recruitment/retention efforts for nursing service.
- Perform rounds, standard nursing evaluation tests such as blood pressures, temperatures, drawing blood for laboratory testing; assesses conditions; dispenses medication as needed.

Requirements
- Knowledge / Skills Supervisory skills required.
- Knowledge of CARF accreditation requirements.
- Knowledge of all aspects of holistic addiction treatment clinical care requirements.
- Perform other functions related to the position as required.
Nice to have
- Experience 1+ years of supervisory experience in an inpatient/residential substance use disorder treatment setting preferred.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $90,000-110,000 annually, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions.
- Provides input into the daily and annual operations of the nursing department.
