Requirements
- 24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, or management
Nice to have
- Uncapped earning potential based on team success
- HVAC technical experience is NOT required
- EPA certification is NOT required
- Mechanical experience is a plus, but not necessary

- Total Compensation Potential: $100,000 - $140,000+
- Base Salary: $80,000+ DOE
