Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting root cause investigations, updating work instructions and documentation, and recommending process enhancements that improve productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing leadership, to report deviations, support pilot runs, and ensure successful production outcomes.
Requirements
- Your skills include troubleshooting equipment, root cause analysis, interpreting technical drawings/schematics, and working with hand tools, along with strong documentation and digital proficiency.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position in Bedford, MA is $29.00 to $45.00 per hour
