The role requires deep mechanical expertise, strong setup capability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Select and adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, cams, and attachments
plan and execute proper operation sequences.
Responsible for quality, productivity, and repeatability of machine setups to established standards.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on screw machines, including spindles, carriers, slides, clutches, indexing systems, feed mechanisms, and attachments.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems related to machine operation.
Detect machine problems early, report issues to supervision, and recommend corrective actions.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble screw machines or sub‑assemblies.
Assist with partial or complete machine rebuilds as required by production needs.
