Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications, or other relevant discipline
- Familiarity with investment products and services, including a strong understanding of the infrastructure/energy asset class
- experience in an institutional private fund marketing environment is highly desired
- Experience in high-volume processes and technology enabled solutions
- Must have good technical knowledge and familiarity with private funds generally
- Strong understanding of due diligence processes, with project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard is essential
- highly organized with a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Developing and managing the due diligence deliverables required to advance clients during fundraising, including DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, quantitative datasets, IDD/ODD presentations, and related materials
Nice to have
- 6+ years of experience in private fund marketing, due diligence, client services or other fundraising or client function.
- Experience in the infrastructure/energy sector is strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously
- experience in a global environment working with stakeholders across numerous jurisdictions and time zones strongly preferred
- Experience in relevant software tools or equivalents is a plus (Salesforce, Loopio, PowerBI, Mercatus, Seismic)
Compensation
- Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
- Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
- $160,000 - $180,000
- Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
