About the role
- We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.
- The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.
Responsibilities
- General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform all maintenance and repair services including but not limited to; oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more
- Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
Requirements
- We would prefer a high school or equivalent diploma, but this is not required.
- If you are hired for this position, you also understand and acknowledge that the local franchisee will be your employer and that CBAC will not be your employer.
Nice to have
- Auto State Inspector License is a Plus
Skills
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
