This role requires a strong understanding of trade means and methods, as well as the ability to convey the narrative behind each estimate.
Proficiency in the Estimating Process Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Deep Understanding of Trade Means & Methods Build a strong understanding of construction trades, techniques, and best practices to improve estimate accuracy.
A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
