- You will be responsible for risk management and trading across a variety of mortgage products on the current derivatives desk.

Responsibilities
- Utilize mortgage expertise to manage risk and trade profitably
- Develop and maintain quantitative tools and analytics for strategy optimization.
- Collaborate with fellow traders to share insights and refine trading strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience trading mortgages for a proprietary book
- Demonstrated track record of profitable mortgage trading
- Spec Pool Trading experience is required
- Proficiency with trading and risk systems
- ability to reason quickly under pressure with sound judgment on risk
