About the role
- This role offers the opportunity for an early-career product professional to gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle while working on high-impact products in a fast-paced capital markets environment.
- As MATA continues to grow and expand its capabilities, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing ownership and help shape the future of trading analytics at RBC.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for trading analytics features on the MATA platform.
- Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
- Build strong relationships with traders, sales, operations teams, and other internal users.
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
- Develop deep understanding of trading workflows, data needs, and decision-making processes to inform product decisions.
- Create user documentation and training materials.
- Support product demos and onboarding sessions to drive adoption.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business teams throughout the product development process.
