- Oversee performance of Time to First Value and NPS KPIs, implementing strategies to achieve continuous improvement.
- This may include directly leading certain integrations due to team capacity or project complexity.
Responsibilities
- ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT Manage, mentor, and support the EHR Integration Team, fostering professional growth.
- Ensure appropriate team capacity planning and scheduling to support new integrations and conversions.
- CUSTOMER DELIVERY OVERSIGHT Provide guidance and support for complex EHR Integration projects, including EHR conversions, serving as an escalation point for risks and issues.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure seamless customer journey experience and scoping.
- ABOUT THE ROLE The Manager of the EHR Integration Team at PatientIQ is a critical leadership role with direct oversight of the EHR Integration team consisting of EHR Integration Leads and Associates.
- This role will partner heavily with leadership and cross-functional peers in platform implementations, project management, customer success, sales, and product.
Requirements
- 4+ years leading and supporting healthtech SaaS integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams across PatientIQ.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience with HL7 and FHIR integration standards, EHR platforms (e.g. Epic, Athena, Meditech), and integration middleware or engines.
