Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, including cutoffs, audits, condition rules, notifications and labor costing impacts to support business needs
- Manage Workday semi‑monthly/bi‑weekly payroll runs, off‑cycle runs, audit reports, and year‑end activities
- Manage the Certified Payroll Reporting (CPR) solution within Workday and/or 3rd party solution, ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity, and timely submission of compliant reports for all applicable projects
- Develop a Workday PATT roadmap that supports the growth and expansion of the organization
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and Operations to improve system performance and process efficiency
- Develop and maintain Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields), dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders
- Support Workday releases, testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for new and existing processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- With regional offices across the United States, Moss focuses on construction management, solar EPC, and design-build.
