About the role
- Velotic™ is a leading independent industrial software company providing data‑driven solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and operational insight.
- In the near term, the role will operate across multiple data streams & systems, while supporting the transition toward more standardized tooling and automation.
Responsibilities
- Forecast views and pipeline inspection support
- Partner sourced pipeline and performance views
- Support the CRO organization's operating rhythm by ensuring reporting is ready for weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly planning and capacity discussions
- Partners with RevOps Systems, IT, and Finance on:
- Lead and mentor a small team of revenue/data analysts which require setting priorities, reviewing work product for quality & consistency, and overall skill development
- Build foundational People Ops systems, processes, and culture from day one.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related studies
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Analytics, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions and revenue cycles
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms)
