About the role

Who We're Seeking Qvest US is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Applied AI & Change Management to join our growing Applied AI practice.
Travel may include sites outside the employee's primary office location, state, or region.
Remote & Hybrid Work While remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, client needs take precedence.

Help guide project teams through all core project phases of Applied AI implementation, including project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.
Lead various client meetings such as stakeholder interviews and client workshops.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Consistent exposure to end-to-end SDLC (requirements analysis, design, development management, testing and delivery)
We strategize, advise, design, develop and implement future-forward business & technology solutions.
With expertise in digital media supply chain, data & analytics, IP & rights management, broadcast transformation, Salesforce and applied AI, our exceptionally talented teams partner with Fortune 1,000 companies to revolutionize markets and set new industry standards.
In this role, you will help lead several technology and business consulting projects ranging from the implementation of Applied AI technology solutions, to the formulation of organizational and process strategy, to PMO establishment.

1+ years of experience with organizational change management (OCM), including creating strategies to shepherd an organization and stakeholders through a large-scale change
Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields
