About the role

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand a capital raising engine from your own network and relationships
- Drive conversion from first conversation through closed commitment and reinvestment
- Maintain a forward-looking pipeline in HubSpot with forecasting rigor
- Partner with IR, Legal, Marketing, and the CEO on Reg D offering execution
- From sourcing and relationship development through closed capital and reinvestment, you'll build the engine and own the results.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in capital raising, private placement, or investor relations
- thrives with a high degree of responsibility and minimal oversight
- Pittsburgh presence required a few times per quarter.
Compensation
- Performance-based and uncapped.
- It includes attainment-based incentives, long-term carried interest equity, and a base salary.
