  • Charles Lea Center is looking to hire a part time Community Support Specialist for Dickson County/Surrounding Counties.
  • As a Community Support Specialist, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead more independent, fulfilling lives.
  • Help support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the communities where they live, work, learn, and play.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a non-related field and one year of *relevant experience
  • Associate degree and 2 years of *relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent with 4 years of *relevant experience
