About the role

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and building a team of salespeople to drive revenue, generate leads, build customer relationships, hit or exceed revenue targets, and ultimately meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads out in the field within construction areas
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in sales and managing a sales team.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
