We specialize in the management and design of heavy civil, structural, industrial, and waterfront infrastructure projects across the United States.
KPFF's Special Projects Division in downtown Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to manage complex infrastructure projects, including federally funded and grant-supported construction programs.
This role includes oversight of compliance with federal funding and grant requirements, including Buy America / Build America Buy America (BABA) regulations, across agencies such as, but not limited to, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Maritime Administration (MARAD) throughout design and construction.

Familiarity with FHWA-funded construction projects, federal grant administration, and Buy America / BABA compliance.
Familiarity with WSDOT specifications.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam.
Ability to work effectively with other Construction Project Managers and cross-disciplinary teams.

The total compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
The expected total compensation range for a qualified candidate is $100,000 to $150,000 plus performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
