Conflict Management Initiative Decision Quality Interpersonal Savvy Drive for Results

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred or in a related field required
Certified Professional in Supply Management (C.P.S.M) certificate preferred
5+ years' manufacturing experience preferred
Negotiation Experience strongly preferred
Automotive knowledge and experience strongly preferred

Individual will have strong strategic planning skills, excellent communication and negotiation capability and a solid analytical ability.
