About the role
- Strong preference will be given to those with a proven track record of working with hardware development teams, external contract manufacturers, and internal production teams focused on introducing new products and scaling production.
- Oversee production, quality, technical operations, documentation control, materials management, warehousing, and shipping & receiving
- Ensure products and production processes meet quality standards at all times
Responsibilities
- Meet all revenue and NPI build & shipment requirements
- Oversee the creation and execution of material demand & build plans
- Collaborate with Development Engineering, NPI Program Management, and Manufacturing Technical Operations throughout the NPI program execution phases
- Communicates and implements Operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support across Operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years' relevant industry experience, particularly in high volume environments with a robust new product development history
- Data driven with the ability to master complex technical and hardware problems
Nice to have
- 4-year college degree, masters preferred

- Able to engage with executive stakeholders, including peers at other companies
- Ability to quickly move from high level conversations into detailed operational discussions to drive business execution
