About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Build campaign structures with a strong focus on data cleanliness and strategic segmentation
- Develop Paid Search media plans and forecasts aligned with client goals and funnel stages
- Partner with Account Managers to align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to optimize landing pages, copy, and funnel experience
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports, providing clear strategic insights and optimizations
Skills
- Advanced experience with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Ads and other Search Engine platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
- Skilled in keyword strategy, negative keyword lists, audience targeting, and ad extensions
- Strong working knowledge of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and bid strategy optimization
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis and budget planning
- 3-5 years of hands-on Paid Search experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
- Deep understanding of performance-driven Paid Search strategies
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $10K+ across multiple client accounts
- Google Ads Certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
