- Through engaging, individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and coping skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
- Paid Mileage & Drive Time
- Ongoing Clinical Support & Mentorship
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
