  • As Virtru continues to scale to support critical Defense and Intelligence Community missions, we are recruiting an experienced and cleared Customer Success Manager for the National Security Ecosystem to serve as the leader for our government customer and National Security Industrial Base customers.
  • This is a pivotal customer and industry partner engagement role responsible for driving customer success supporting the NSA, the Central Security Service (CSS) components, and the industrial base supporting these critical national security mission.
  • Lead customer focused workstreams and virtual teams with a clear focus on driving success for our government customers and industry partners
  • Manage the customer lifecycle: agreement, commitments, rhythm of business, leadership engagement, value creation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field such as IT, cyber security, computer science, mathematics, or engineering (a Master's degree in a technical field will set you apart) or equivalent business degree such as an MBA
  • A high degree of flexibility - Have an appointment, errand, or family emergency to take care of?

Skills

  • Active US Top Secret / SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly

Compensation

  • $180,000 - 200,000 base salary + variable incentive pay
